Attorney Howell received his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and then attended law school at Franklin Pierce in Concord, New Hampshire. His practice at York Law now focuses on civil litigation, in matters including personal injury, contract, construction, land dispute, landlord/tenant, and family matters. 

Attorney Howell resides in York with his wife and two daughters, and is an active member of the community. He currently volunteers as a mentor with the Jumpstart program, which is an organization through the York Police Department that provides guidance to first-time, juvenile, non-violent offenders. Attorney Howell also dedicates countless hours to pro-bono representation for individuals unable to afford legal counsel.
