Jeff Clark is a long time resident of York and has raised his family in this community. His practice includes all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts, the preparation of loan closing documents and conducting closings. Under his management, our Real Estate Department provides title search and title examination services, escrow services and title insurance for your real estate closing. Mr. Clark provides practical and useful advice to business owners, small and large, in setting up and maintaining business organizations such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Attorney Clark’s experience as a real estate attorney provides him with a depth of knowledge for Mediation Alternatives. As a mediator, Mr. Clark is able to bring parties in conflict to mutually agreeable results long before a matter is filed in the courts. Because Alternative Dispute Resolution is a required step in almost all Superior Court civil suits in the State of Maine, Mr. Clark’s understanding of the law and court procedure provides parties with the best chance for resolving matters before trial.
